This is Elliot's younger half sister, from an upper class family, a spoilt rotten single child ------- has grown up unaware that she has a sister. Elliot and ------ mother concived Elliot during an affair and 'went away on business' to hide the pregnancy from her husband, she gave Elliot up and then went back to her life like nothing had happened with no one but her mother knowing about the whole thing. That is until recently, which is where the plot between the two sisters comes in, for one reason or another, ------ and her father find out about the lie and ----- is determined to find her long lost sister. I'm not too bothered about her PB if she could look at least a little like Elliot that would be great but its totally up to you. As for her personality thats quite open too, I was hoping she would be quite girly and inteligent but the rest is up to you. All that has to be is the age (17-19) and her wealthy background and history.
