Ava and ----- met in high school, and were together for almost five years. ----- put up with all of Ava's personal dramas, he used to let her stay over when she and her father were at war, he'd calm her down when she was having an anxiety attack over whatever petty issue had her on edge and most of all he watched her, without judging, dig herself a deep hole of self-pity and substance dependency. Unfortunately as Ava spiralled more and more out of control, ----- found himself less able to cope, sure he loved Ava (when she was herself) but he hated the moody, erratic, paranoid monster she became whenever she was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. After one particularly dramatic night, ---- and her father convinced Ava to leave Ridgewood and enter a rehabilitation program. Soon after Ava turned eighteen she left the center and disappeared for a little while, never really telling ----- or her father where she was... so inevitably ----- moved on with his own life. After conquring (most of) her demon's, Ava returned unnanounced to Ridgewood, determined to start over and create a life for herself by enrolling into college... and determined to repatch her relationship with ------.
-----'s background history and personality are completely open.... his PB doesn't even necessarily have to be Travis McCoy. His new relationships etc formed whilst Ava away are totally open as well
