HAIR COLOR: Blonde EYE COLOR: Icy blue HEIGHT: 5'5" WEIGHT: 124 lbs BODY TYPE: Slim. DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: High cheek bones, her slim body, and her eyes. PERSONAL STYLE: Everything that Morgan wears depends on her mood, though she likes to consider herself a tomboy most of the time. Even so, like most rich girls, she likes keeping up with the latest trends and when she wants something different, she wouldn't mind shopping in Walmart from time to time, not caring whether she's rich or not or should even act like a someone rich; variety is the spice of life after all. Depending on her mood, whenever she feels boyish, she might even go as far as to raid her brother's closet or come out wearing a dress or a skirt. PLAYED BY: Dakota Fanning
LIKES: her brother, boys, gossip, making friends, partying, dressing up, talking, drawing, sun bathing, guitars, partying, shopping, fashion, ribbons, sports, snuggling a teddy bear, spongebob,, daydreaming about boys, dancing, not doing her homework, smiles, procrastinating on things, especially schoolwork, clothing, money, being the center of attention. DISLIKES: cockroaches, being treated like a kid, when her brother's a dick, rainy days, sitting still, mistakes, problems, singing, bitches, druggies, mud, dirt, homework, being quiet, being forced to do things that she doesn't want to do, peer pressure, being told what to do. STRENGTHS: Humorous, artistic, maths, outgoing, intelligent, charitable. WEAKNESSES: Not knowing when to shut up, immature at times, easily led astray, cockroaches, procrastinator. SECRETS: She still sleeps with teddy bears (because they're nice to squish), watches Spongebob when no one's around, claiming to have followed her brother to Ridgewood because he can't look after himself (actually she missed him) and she has a fear of cockroaches. PERSONALITY SUMMARY: If anyone were to compare the two Lamoreaux kids and see which one is the nicest, Morgan would walk away with the prize. She has a cheerful, bubbly personality and has a tendency to talk about anything without stopping at times. She's rarely moody, preferring to see things in an optimistic point of view and when she does get moody, she really really falls into the pits, slumping into depression for a few days before bouncing back to normal as though she had never been moody in the first place.
Morgan has a huge outgoing personality, a far cry from her brother's seemingly reserved one. She loves making friends, and is always the first to talk to someone, whether it'd be a complete stranger or not. She'll be the random, talking person who'll talk non stop about the view outside when on the bus and she'll be the first to comment about how cute your dog is. And the next thing you know, you'll have switched emails and numbers with her and made a friend in her. She loves getting to know others, the odder you are, the better.
Despite all this, Morgan's a bum. She has the typical 'I'll do it tomorrow' habit or 'I'll do it later' when it comes to things that she's too lazy or doesn't want to do. Homework and housework is often slotted into this category, and it can take days or even weeks for her to finally do the thing that she was supposed to finish a long time ago. She often forgets that she needed to do that something, often needing people to remind her and she often finds herself in trouble because of this. Morgan has made attempts to break of this habit before, but because of her lazy nature, her attempts were futile. She hadn't bothered to make another attempt ever since.
Though she'll quickly deny it, she still has one foot placed in kid world. She stamps her foot when she's angry, sticks her bottom lip out when she's sulking and is known to fly into a tantrum when she loses her head. Not only that, Morgan still tunes in into Nickelodeon when no one's looking and still sleeps with a stuffed toy. Because of this, she tends to look up to her older brother often and tries to be much more mature than what she is now currently is. She really is now trying to grow up, and even if she slips up once in a while, she's not giving up just yet.
NATIONALITY: American. HOMETOWN: LA, California PARENTS: Michael Lamoreaux, Forty-five, Owns an international hotel chain Naomi Lamoreaux, Forty-two, Heiress/Former Actress SIBLINGS: Sebastian Lucian Lamoreaux, Seventeen. OTHER IMPORTANT PEOPLE: Jonathon Lamoreaux, Forty-two, Uncle Lisa Lamoreaux, Thirty-eight, Aunt Zeus Lamoreaux, Three, Cousin HISTORY SUMMARY: Morgan's past is pretty much alright, nothing tragic has happened but nevertheless, it's something she never feels up to talking about actually since most of it has been modified by her brother to other people. Despite having parents who bathed in fame, she was the one who wasn't in the limelight, big brother Sebastian was the one who was living in it. Everyone adored her eldest sibling and all Morgan could do was sit and twiddle her thumbs while everybody fawned over him. It wasn't rare to see Morgan explode at times when she felt as though she wasn't wanted at all by anybody. After enduring harsh punishments and publicly embarrassing herself and her family once, she has learned to keep her mouth shut when it came to matters like this.
Morgan grew up to be an intelligent child, scoring A's in her exams and at the same time, strove to be more like Sebastian. He was so popular and well-liked by others, surely she could be as great as him. She worked hard, wanting to be the center of attention for once and get her parents to notice her and treat her like they do her brother. In a way, she viewed Sebastian as a rival but she still treated and adored him like the brother he is., even if he can be a real arse sometimes. It just made her adore him even more, and she found herself hanging on to every word that popped out of his mouth and everything that he did. In her eyes, he was a pro and pros were always people that she looked up to.
At the age of fourteen, she began to notice that Sebastian was no longer around and her parents were rather distant in a way, a big black thundercloud. Upon questioning then, Morgan found out that Sebastian would no longer be staying with them; he had been sent to New Jersey because he did something very bad, as told by her parents. They refused to tell her what the 'bad thing' is and she was expected to stay in LA to learn from his mistakes; what the mistake was she had no idea. With Sebastian gone, Morgan actually expected her parents to shower her his attention but it turned out the opposite. Life went back to normal, as though Seb has never existed in the first place. She soon found herself missing him immediately and she even asked Michael and Naomi whether she could go to Ridgewood too and as expected, a no was given to her in return.
Because there was no one to compete with anymore and because Seb was no longer around, Morgan soon developed a lazy, procrastinating personality. She soon found out that if she was going to Ridgewood, she was going to have to take matters into her own hands. With a few contacts and a little bit of money from her allowance, she was soon on her way to New Jersey and turned up at the doorstep of her aunt's a few hours later, claiming that her brother was unable to look after himself and he needed his sister around. The truth was that she missed him and wanted to be around where he was. She did get hell from her parents on the phone after they found that she had followed Sebastian, but agreed to let her stay if she behaved herself. She's now living herself in New Jersey, with Sebastian occasionally being a dick to her, she's actually quite content and happy with her new life here.
NAME: Panda AGE: 16 GENDER: Female YEARS ROLEPLAYING: 4 OTHER CHARACTERS: N/A TIME ZONE: GMT+8 MINIMUM WORD COUNT: 350 ROLEPLAY SAMPLE:
The sun was setting, Vivienne noted, looking out the window and staring at the orange sky. A knot of worry formed inside her stomach. Her family was expecting her home any minute. And if she didn't follow her curfew- in other words, be late, they would freak and forbid her out for a long time. Vivi grimaced inwardly and her conscience nagged her to go home right now. However, another part of her wanted to stay. She didn't want to part with Owen yet- he seemed to be the only one around willing to talk to her. Her eyes moving from the world outside to her phone, her fingers flew over the keypad, texting one of her siblings that she was going to be home late. She knew that Pilar wouldn't give two hoots about where she was as long as she came home. Out of all her siblings, he was the most laid-back and lazy one. Yet Vivi couldn't help but wonder why the business company that he was working in didn't fire him since Pilar hardly did any of his work.
Of course he did. He just did it at night in the woods.
Her eyes averting from her phone to Owen, she smiled at him, not betraying the worry in her mind. Even if she had told her brother, would her parents accept it? Or come out looking for her at this very minute? "First year in sch- college." she replied sheepishly at him, aware of how much older he was. She was sure that Owen was at least three of five years older than her and definitely had more experience in the world than she did. Her eyes averting shyly from his, they moved to her phone, checking whether her brother had replied before moving back to Owen's again. They were a nice blue, she thought.
"Sure." Vivi nodded enthusiastically, her blonde curls bouncing up and down. "I errr...got lost already...a few times." The last words made a soft pink color appear on her porcelain cheeks. It sucked getting lost, and it didn't help that people had trouble understanding her when she asked for directions. She even went so far as to convert her words from Ukrainian into English with a translator installed in her phone. Her English had been terrible at then, but Vivi still felt as though it needed more work. Her eyes widened with surprised when Owen invited her for a walk in the woods. She bit her lip nervously and it took her a while for her to find her voice and answer him. Her family had warned her against going in there because according to them, there was danger lurking in the shadows. Vivienne shifted a foot underneath the table and a look of stress appeared on her features for a little while before it vanished again. Feeling sure that Owen would be there to protect her from anything stupid, she made up her mind.
"Okay." she said, getting up and trying not to let her voice quiver. Her family could wait. "Let's go."
