LET THE GAMES BEGIN

So this guy right here is Andrew Garfield. Why AG you ask? UM DO YOU SEE HIM?! I think he and my character Gwenivere would be absolutely adorable. So here’s what you need to know: Gwen is a senior in high school. She’ll be her class valedictorian (though maybe AG here will give her a run for her money). She’s incredibly intelligent, diligent, and passionate however she has also been cripplingly shy most of her life and had only one friend before last year. This friend was AG (name is just a filler). She and AG were incredibly close because they had similar interests (reading, writing, discussing interesting topics) and because he would defend her against bullies from as early as first grade. He was the only person that she ever felt comfortable enough for her stutter to subside and she could smile and laugh around without being incredibly self-conscious. When she decided last year that she wanted to branch out and make friends, he helped facilitate that (he’s much more social and comfortable with people) by bringing her to parties and supporting her attempts. AG didn’t approve of her dating Sebastian and tried to tell her that he was a jerk, but of course, being so intent on seeing the best in everyone, she stubbornly ignored him. Once she had the baby, Gwen was so ashamed that she had been so wrong and AG had been so right, that she’s been avoiding him (along with everyone else). Well, Now AG wants to force his way back into Gwen’s life—he misses his best friend, and he’s worried about her. What neither of them has realized yet is that their feelings for each other are much stronger than friendship (Gwen because she’s blind to these sorts of things, and AG because he’s sort of always had some cheerleader or another on his arm). Now that they’re reconnecting, and Gwen sees how good AG is to her and the baby, sparks are going to fly! I don’t know where I want their relationship to go—it’s totally open!

And now we have another Andrew—Andrew Vanwyngarden! His playby is actually open to other ideas, but I really like AV and Abby (Cory Kennedy) together. So AV is a college student—preferably a freshman or sophomore. Abby—a carefree, reckless, fun loving, goofy high school junior—tends to party with the big kids, much to the concern of the other kids in the Barker clan. Especially to her older brother Jason and sister Grace who attend the local college. But Abby rarely listens to reprimanding; she hears it all the time from her occasionally overbearing mother who worries that her little girl is going to get herself pregnant or drug riddled or something like that. Abby isn’t even technically allowed to date (which she finds entirely unfair, seeing as no one seems to monitor the behavior of her twin brother, Austin). Abby loves to smoke pot, but will drink if that’s what everyone at a party is doing. She’s a true hippy with a love for plants and animals that hates conflict and likes everyone. Andrew would have to be at least a little like that (and very much into the party scene) for them to get along. Andrew sees Abby’s innocence and carefree nature as sweet and endearing, and they are instantly attracted to each other. For a while, their relationship will have to be a secret from her family, but of course with camera crews wandering around that wandering around these days, that won’t last long at all. And once the truth is out—trust me, shit will hit the fan.
