As of late things have been rather crazy for Jason…to say the least. Between heading to New York for school, then Jersey City for work, and taking care of children he really didn't have much of a break, yet he had decided that he wanted to take on yet another job and that was buying a house. It seemed like a difficult task at first, both him and his wife being so young proved to make things harder, but somehow they had managed to snag up a house. It may have not been the best place around and he may have exaggerated it a bit in the quality of the home, but he full on intended on fixing the place up, even if it was another thing he needed to do and may have stressed him out. Some may wonder why he decided to do this now, it didn't seem like a very good time, but it just felt right. Since Jason had nearly been married to his young wife for nearly a year now. It was something he felt like he just needed to do to make him feel like he could provide for his family.
But now he needed a break. He trudged out of the house, pulling a jacket on his frame and headed out to the park which now was very close to their new home! Only about two blocks at the most. Jason heaved a heavy sigh from his body and he laid himself down in the snow, eyes looking up at the sky that was painted a light grey, covered in clouds and all. However, despite the fact that it was cloudy it was really quite warm for this time of the year, another thing he was thankful for. Spring was growing closer and closer which meant that soon enough it would be summer and the sun and the warmth and everything that the young man craved so heavily would be back in his life. Weather wise anyway. Another thing he seemed to have got a hankering for at the moment was a cigarette, he dug into his pocket pulling a cancer stick out and lightening it up. He took a long drag, and slowly the the silver-blue smoke pass from his lips. In a way, it was kind of sad that it had come down to this. Part of the reason why he had left the house and come to the park was because he knew how much his wife hated this dirty habit. Jason always told her that he was going to try and quit, but he still hadn't worked out if he was actually putting that much effort into it or not, some of the time it just felt like a necessity. Like he needed it to live just as much as a person needed water or oxygen to live.
The snow was beginning to soak through his clothes and make him feel a bit chilled, but Jason didn't care enough to move to attempt to make it better, in a way it almost felt nice. There was not a doubt in his mind that when it came time for him to come home that he would most likely be soaked down to the bone, and would probably be getting questions from his children and even more likely his wife. Oh well. It wasn't like he had anything to hide, really. He was just laying down in the snow looking up at the clouds because he wanted some time to relax! Of course he was going to leave out the part where he was smoking. It wasn't that important, plus he had a feeling that somehow his woman would find out about it. His pulled his eyes closed, and took another drag, letting all the stress drain from his body. Relaxation was the key here.
